Apttus, category-defining provider of solutions across the entire Quote-to-Cash spectrum, has been selected by a global IT services organization. The firm needed to replace an existing system that was determined to be unable to support two key Sales Team goals: increase sales and partner productivity to help scale the company to $5B in revenue, and impact the customer experience to drive increased customer renewal rates and top line revenue growth. Application requirements included an easy to use & scalable solution to simplify the quote & order creation process, and delivery of near to real-time insight into the Quote-to-Cash process. The firm’s existing quoting solution was unable to meet the needs of their highly variable, complex deal structures for each opportunity. Other limitations included a lack of system consolidation to drive cross functional collaboration, as well as the inability to provide a single view of a customer’s relationship to help drive renewals, upsells, or cross sell opportunities.
