With their recent investment in Salesforce, and a mandate to build a new customer portal, this global semiconductor manufacturer was looking to source a long-term partner that could automate and replace legacy solutions, as well as propriety systems, to increase sales team productivity.

Additionally, a new portal will allow customer self-service for product configuration needs resulting in greater sales team efficiency.
