Jeff Merrick will be responsible for setting and delivering on Apttus’ professional services goals and strategy for successful customer implementations across all Apttus solutions. As head of Global Customer Excellence, Sue Fellows will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience for over 450,000 Apttus users worldwide.

Jeff Merrick will oversee a professional services organization implementing the Apttus Quote-to-Cash solutions including Configure Price Quote, Contract Management, and Revenue Management applications for customers worldwide. Jeff Merrick brings more than a decade of proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of software systems. Jeff Merrick has held senior leadership positions in customer-driven organizations offering high-growth cloud-based solutions. Prior to joining Apttus, Jeff Merrick ran professional services at Oracle as Vice President of Consulting. Jeff Merrick’s experience includes managing the rapid growth of the professional services business for RightNow Technologies through the company’s acquisition by Oracle. During Jeff Merrick’s tenure RightNow technologies grew from under a quarter million to well over ten times initial revenues.

Sue Fellows has more than fifteen years’ experience in successfully delivering outstanding customer experiences for global enterprise businesses. Prior to Apttus, Sue Fellows was Vice President of Client Success at Oracle where she led teams that partnered with customers to increase solution adoption and expansion. Prior to Oracle, Sue Fellows held various leadership roles at RightNow Technologies where she built and optimized teams in Professional Services, Operations and Client Success throughout the company’s rapid growth.
