Apttus Named Microsoft Dynamics ISV Partner of the Year
If you’ve been following this blog, you probably already know about Apttus’ strategic partnership with Microsoft and how Apttus Intelligent Cloud can be deployed on the Azure platform and integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365. In fact, we are making considerable R&D investments in our solutions that run on Azure, similar to how we continue to invest in our solutions on the Salesforce platform. We are the category leader in Quote-to-Cash (QTC), regardless of cloud platform.
In 2006, Apttus built its first Quote-to-Cash applications on the Salesforce platform and in the decade since, both companies have grown rapidly. Apttus is Salesforce’s largest and most recognized ISV partner. We recently extended our Platinum ISV partnership with Salesforce through 2023.
As our relationship with Microsoft grows, we’ve quickly gained recognition within the Microsoft ecosystem. In July at Microsoft Inspire, Microsoft’s largest partner event, Apttus was named Microsoft US Dynamics ISV Partner of the Year . To win this prestigious award over hundreds of other Microsoft partners was quite an honor and indicative of the trajectory of our relationship with Microsoft.
Winning Microsoft’s industry awards and recognition as a strategic partner doesn’t come easily. In our case, it required demonstrating our ability to help customers maximize business outcomes. With Apttus Intelligent Cloud on Azure, the seamless integration of our QTC solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, is streamlining and accelerating revenue operations for our rapidly growing number of our joint customers. By developing Apttus Intelligent Cloud on Azure using a microservices architecture, we’re able to deliver even higher levels of application performance at scale previously not possible. For example, Pricing and Configuration microservices can handle complex pricing and configuration rules with sub-second response times. By leveraging Azure’s artificial intelligence (AI) technology, Apttus Intelligent Cloud offers Applied AI with Machine Learning which recommends intelligent actions throughout the revenue process.
Another example of leveraging Microsoft’s AI technologies is Max, our virtual assistant. Max provides a conversational user interface that enables interaction with enterprise apps like Apttus QTC or your CRM application through voice, email, and text messages. Instead of working for your business application, now Max works for you at key moments of your day (selling, contracting, etc.) – whether it is data entry, updates, search, request, or executing tasks and end-to-end processes.
Since all of these capabilities – Machine Learning, Max, greater performance at scale – are enabled through microservices, even customers with Apttus Intelligent Cloud deployed on the Salesforce platform are using and benefiting from them today.
