This session is designed to walk attendees through the relevant aspects of CPQ and CLM out-of-the-box functionality, along with provide an understanding of next steps to transform their organizations into an AI driven business, using MAX.

For customers on Salesforce, there are 3 different training options:

  • Quote-to-Cash – designed to walk attendees through the relevant aspects of  out-of-the-box functionality:
    • Intro to CPQ – including how to configure products, price lists, price list items, categories and more.
    • Intro to CLM –  including how to configure record types, agreement document output formants, agreement protection, query templates, agreement rules and more.
    • Intro to Billing – including how to configure billing preferences and payment terms, creating billing schedules and plans, scheduling an invoice and more.
  • CLM Spotlight
    • Intro to CLM –  including how to configure record types, agreement document output formants, agreement protection, query templates, agreement rules and more.
    • Intermediate CLM – designed to teach admins how to create different types of Agreement Wizards.
    • Advanced CLM – designed to walk admins through X-Author for Word functionality and advanced conditionality through Document Assembly Rules.
  • CPQ Spotlight
    • Intro to CPQ –  including how to configure products, price lists, price list items, categories and more.
    • Intermediate CPQ – designed to dive deeper into CPQ out-of-the-box functionality including how to configure constraint rules, defaults and cascades, and features that help end users sell the right product.
    • Advanced CPQ – designed walk admins through pricing CPQ out-of-the-box functionality including how to configure price matrices, prices rules, conditional charge types and more.
