Salesforce has been taking their message of innovation, artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT) and all things mobile and cloud, on the road for some time now, hosting world tours in major cities across the globe. For some people, the World Tour is the only Salesforce event they can attend each year. On Thursday, the 7th of March, 2019, the Salesforce World Tour comes to Amsterdam and provides a full day of innovation and inspiration. Here’s the top 4 reasons to attend:

1. A Celebration of Trailblazers – The opening keynote address – it’s a message that Salesforce delivers well. Simon Mulcahy, Chief Innovation Officer at Salesforce will take to the stage, along with special guests to celebrate Trailblazers. Mulcahy will showcase how the world’s leading companies are taking advantage of products and technologies like Salesforce Customer 360, Trailhead and Lightning to dramatically improve how they interact with their customers, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while making the world a better place. The closing keynote address – inspirational speaker, Joseph Oubelkas, shares his story. It’s a combination of a bizarre turn, being wrongly imprisoned for nearly 5 years, and emerging stronger than ever. Joseph speaks out about his fears and insecurities, his drive and ability to create something for himself under the worst circumstances. It’s sure to be a passionate and inspirational address.

2. Networking with Hundreds of People – World Tour events are great for networking with others in the Salesforce Community. It’s a great time to visit with your Salesforce Ohana – your extended family. Since it’s a much smaller event than Dreamforce, it’s easier to get around, easier to meet people, and easier to have conversations that could change your life. You’re bound to meet all sorts of people, from all sorts of backgrounds, during the sessions, the networking reception and in the Customer Success Expo. It can all start with “Hello, I’m Eric.”

3. Customer Success Expo – There are plenty of opportunities to discover a new partner, a new app, and a new solution in the Customer Success Expo. Several Apttus partners including Accenture, Bluewolf and DocuSign, will be there. Be sure to visit with them during your time in the Expo.
