Cancellation and Substitution Policy
To receive a refund, you must notify us of the cancellation in writing by Thursday, March 15, 2018 by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may transfer your registration to another person up until Friday, May 4, 2018 by logging into your registration account and making the change or providing authorization to us at email@example.com. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend Accelerate or who cancel after Thursday, March 15, 2018, are liable for the entire fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of Apttus is limited to the return of paid registration fees.
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is 20 miles from the Palace of Fine Arts, San Francisco.
Oakland International Airport (OAK) is 25 miles from the Palace of Fine Arts, San Francisco.
By car during off peak commute times, it can take 45-60 minutes from either airport. Alternately, you may use the BART rail system from either airport (www.bart.gov). For more information about public transportation, please visit www.511.org.
Our block at the Argonaut Hotel is now sold out. If you’d like to take advantage of the shuttle service, we recommend you stay in close proximity to this hotel.

Parking is VERY limited. For your convenience, shuttles will be operating between the official conference hotel and the Palace of Fine Arts.
Shuttles to/from Palace of Fine arts
Apttus will provide shuttles to and from the official conference hotel (Argonaut Hotel) and the Palace of Fine Arts. 7am to 11am Tuesday / Wednesday.
The weather in San Francisco is somewhat unpredictable, however the average high during the May time frame is 63°F and the average low is 50°F. It is recommended to be prepared with a light sweater, raincoat or light jacket and umbrella.
Business casual attire is appropriate for the entire conference.
Programmed meals are included for all attendees who have registered for an all-access pass.
