Apttus customers can perform an online review of their satisfaction with Apttus products and services. This information becomes public and is blinded (the name of the customer withheld). The service is provided by a 3rd party and Apttus cannot control or influence the reviews. Apttus customers can complete a review at any time, by themselves, without Apttus involvement. We believe the best testament of our applications should come from customers directly.
